Workshops & Mentorship

Reigniting creative teams. Supporting the whole human being behind the work.

The problem

Your creatives are going through the motions. The spark has gone quiet. Deadlines are being met, but the work isn't singing anymore. Your team needs more than a pep talk. They need to be replenished from the inside out.

The Approach

A workshop is a creative project applied to people instead of products. The same deep listening that surfaces a brand's promise also surfaces what a team is stuck on, or what a founder hasn't yet said out loud. Stepping away from the deliverable to do that human work is the work, not a break from it.

Together, we reignite creative thinking, problem-solving, and process, and every person leaves seen, heard, and guided.

Stepping away from the deliverable to do that human work is the work, not a break from it.

Harness the Power of Curiosity

Soft focus grasses in warm light

Curiosity is one of the greatest motivators of humankind and the true driving force of the creative process. When you learn to harness it, everything transforms.

In these workshops, participants are invited to rediscover their creative lens, drawing on inner strength, imaginative forecasting, and the courage to seek the discomfort of the unknown. From entrepreneurs to Fortune 500s, students to seasoned creatives, this is where you discover where you truly need to go.

As a past faculty member and mentor at CU Boulder's Boulder Digital Works graduate program, I bring heart-centered, conscious awareness to every engagement.

Workshop 01

Signs, Symbols and Synchronicities

Essentials of the Creative Process

The inner workings of how to harness curiosity, a driving force of the creative process.

As you create ideas, concepts, and programs for your clients, curiosity has to drive everything you do. When you are open to curiosity, ideas can begin the moment you wake up, leave your house, or get in the car. It is like the benefit of a beginner’s mind. Every time you work on a new company, account, or creative project, you come to it with a fresh view, as if from the outside looking in.

From entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies, the importance of being open to creative channels and discovering the universal beats and pulses of where you need to go cannot be overstated.

Learn not to seek the familiar. Stay open to the signs that lead you in creative directions and the symbols that reveal their meaning and power. Learn to connect synchronicities and ideas in ways greater than you could have imagined. The creative process asks us to be innovative, imaginative, and fluid enough to forecast creatively and strategically.

In this workshop, I share examples of the creative process and methodologies that expand how you think about what you are creating with your company’s products and brands. The session also includes Q&A and group discussion.

You will learn

  • What signs, symbols, and synchronicities are, and how to find them
  • How to gain more insight from curiosity and bring it into your creative process
  • How design impacts the human experience
  • How conscious awareness can help us build a better place for all

“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

Curiosities, Synchronicities & Possibilities

Igniting Your Creative Spark

For passion projects, career paths, and life.

How often do you really stop and listen to the call within, ask for guidance in what you need to know, and find out what is emerging?

Curiosity is the driving force of humankind through every aspect of our personal and professional lives. In this workshop, you will learn to open to possibility and connect with something larger than yourself.

Curiosity and possibility always contain an element of the unknown. We dive into that unknown and learn to listen for the signs that lead you in creative directions, the symbols that reveal meaning, and the possibilities that connect you to ideas greater than you imagined before.

By opening to cues and finding flow, you learn to tap into the unique experience of what you are feeling and discover the beats and pulses calling you forward. You will see what arises from attending to what you truly love, find your next steps, and leave with an expanded sense of creative direction.

This interactive, multi-sensory journey includes Q&A and discussion to help you hear what is calling from within and what wants to be brought forth into the world.

You will learn

  • To be truly present
  • To sit in the energy of possibility and notice what is being called forth
  • To embrace the unknown as a doorway into creativity
  • To detect the signs, symbols, and synchronicities in your life and in what is emerging

“Looking outside ourselves, we confront limited possibilities; looking inside, the possibilities expand as far as the mind can see.”
